Before you come

Parking — allow 30 minutes
Registration runs 9:00–9:30 and the keynote starts at 9:40. UCLA structures fill by mid-morning, so buy a daily permit in advance through UCLA Transportation and allow 5–8 minutes to walk from Structure 2 or 3. Full parking guidance →
Accommodations & accessibility
Hershey Hall is wheelchair accessible. We are exploring interpreter services with UCLA for attendees with hearing challenges, and can arrange dietary, mobility and other accommodations — lead time matters, so tell us when you register or email nancy@foodcyclela.org.
